    Get PDF
Twitter has become a key element of political discourse in candidates’ campaigns. The political polarization on Twitter is vital to politicians as it is a popular public medium to analyze and predict public opinion concerning political events. The analysis of the sentiment of political tweet contents mainly depends on the quality of sentiment lexicons. Therefore, it is crucial to create sentiment lexicons of the highest quality. In the proposed system, the domain-specific of the political lexicon is constructed by using the supervised approach to extract extreme political opinions words, and features in tweets. Political multi-class sentiment analysis (PMSA) system on the big data platform is developed to predict the inclination of tweets to infer the results of the elections by conducting the analysis on different political datasets: including the Trump election dataset and the BBC News politics. The comparative analysis is the experimental results which are better political text classification by using the three different models (multinomial naïve Bayes (MNB), decision tree (DT), linear support vector classification (SVC)). In the comparison of three different models, linear SVC has the better performance than the other two techniques. The analytical evaluation results show that the proposed system can be performed with 98% accuracy in linear SVC

Solar energy can be converted into thermal energy with the help of solarcollectors. Electricity can be produced directly from solar energy usingphotovoltaic devices or indirectly from steam generators using solar thermal collectors to heat a working fluid. This research is using the conversion of solar energy into electricity in a closed cycle driven by natural convection. It would mean that electricity is cheaper than from any other renewable technology and cheaper than from fossil fuels. This paper describes converting thermal energy collected by solar collector to electricity by using turbine. Anywhere in Myanmar will cheaply use electricity by using solar turbine generator. Remote areas will improve more and more when getting the efficient electricity. The design calculation and performance predication of 1 MVA turbo-alternator/generator are also mentioned. Design calculation of absorbed flux, useful heat gain and exit temperature is described. And then development of two-tank thermal storage system that uses molten salt as the heat transfer fluid is described

Abstract- This system proposes the design and construction of an advanced car security system using GSM. It uses the GSM mobile communication networks to transmit alarm signal and control instruction. The control and communication between the user and the proposed system are achieved through a short message services (SMS) protocol available in the mobile phone. If the car door is illegally opened or the car is vibrated, an alarm will be activated and it send SMS message to the owner’s mobile phone immediately and automatically. The user could easily protect and control their car anywhere at any time. The proposed system consists both hardware and software parts. The hardware components include vibration sensors, a PIC microcontroller, a GSM modem, LCD and buzzer. The software part includes a program controller interface. PIC MikroC programming language is used for this control system. The control system is based on the PIC16F877A microcontroller and AT COMMAND

Computerized FDTD Method for Longitudinal Optical Phonon Energy on Semiconductor Hybrid Structure for High Power Devices Fabrication

The research problem in this study is the longitudinal optical phonon energy on metal/semiconductor interface for high performance semiconductor device. The research solution is to make the software model with finite difference time domain (FDTD) solution for transmission and reflection pulse between metal and semiconductor interface for carrier dynamics effects. The objective of this study is to find the quantum mechanics understanding on interface engineering for fabricating the high performance device for future semiconductor technology development. The analysis was carried out with the help of MATLAB. The quantum mechanical spatial field on metal-semiconductor stripe structure has been analyzed by FDTD techniques. This emission reveals a characteristic polar radiation distribution of electric dipoles and a wavelength independent of the structure size or the direction of emission; consequently, it is attributed to thermally generate electric dipoles resonating with the longitudinal optical phonon energy. Phonon energy occurs lattice vibration of material by the polarization of light, if the material has rigid structure reflect back the incident light. So, high reflective metal-semiconductor structure always use as photodectors devices in optical fiber communication. No lattice vibration material structure has no phonon effect, so this structure based devices can get high performance any other structure based devices. The transmission and reflection coefficient of metal-semiconductor GaN/Au layer structure compare with GaN/Ti and GaN/Pt structure. Parallel (P) and transverse (S) polarization of light incident on a metal-semiconductor nanolayer structure with IR wavelength. Efficient use of the layer by layer (LbL) method to fabricate nanofilms requires meeting certain conditions and limitations that were revealed in the course of research on model systems

Characteristics Of Hydrothermal Alteration In Cijulang Area, West Java, Indonesia

Characterization of hydrothermal alteration in theCijulang area (West Java, Indonesia) was carriedout using shortwave infrared spectroscopy. Hydrothermal alteration in the Cijulang area occurs in the calc-alkaline volcanic and volcaniclastic rocks. Shortwave infrared spectroscopic measurements of reflectance for altered rocks and minerals were carried out by ASD-FieldSpec and the laboratory spectra acquired were then analysed with “The Spectral Geologist” software program. Shortwave infrared spectroscopy is capable of detecting most finegrained alteration minerals from different hydrothermal alteration zones. Characteristic alteration minerals identified from the SWIR technique include pyrophyllite, alunite, kaolinite, dickite, illite, montmorillonite, polygorskite, gypsum, epidote, paragonite, and muscovite. Most of the spectra show mixture ofalteration minerals and only a few display pure spectra of single mineral. The crystallinity of kaolinite from the samples was also determined from the reflectance spectra and show moderately to high crystallinity. Alteration system of the Cijulang prospectis similar to others documented high-sulfidation epithermal deposits, such as Rodalquilar (Spain), Summitville (Colorado), and Lepanto (Philippines). A characteristic alteration sequence and zonation of advanced argillic, argillic and propylitic alterationoutward from the silica core has resulted from the progressive cooling and neutralization of hot acidic magmatic fluid with the host rocks. Keywords: Cijulang, High-sulfidation, Alteration minerals, Shortwave Infrared Spectroscop

HIGH SULFIDATION EPITHERMAL MINERALIZATION AND ORE MINERAL ASSEMBLAGES OF CIJULANG PROSPECT, WEST JAVA, INDONESIA

    Get PDF
Cijulang is a high-sulfidation epithermal system hosted in the calc-alkaline rocks of andesite lava and lapilli tuff. Mineralization in the prospect is characterized by pyrite-enargite-gold and associated acid sulfate alteration. Studies on ore and gangue mineral assemblages and their mutual textural relationships were carried out in order to explore the paragenetic sequence of mineralization. Hypogene mineralization primarily occurs in the silicic core and the advanced argillic zone in the form of massive replacement, fracture-filling veinlets, vug-filling, patches and dissemination. Mineralization is apparently controlled by both lithology and structures. Common ore minerals include pyrite, enargite, luzonite, tennantite, chalcopyrite, covellite, galena, emplectite and Te-bearing minerals. The paragenetic study indicates that the epithermal prospect evolved from an early stage of intense acid leaching resulting in the formation of vuggy silica and advantage argillic mineral assemblage which was followed by the sulfides deposition. Two metal stages were identified during ore deposition: an early Fe-As-S stage and the later Cu-Fe-As-S stage. The former stage is char- acterized high-sulfidation state sulfides such as enargite/ luzonite+covellite whereas a later stage of Cu- Fe-As–S is represented by intermediate sulfidation state sulfides assemblage of tennantite+chalcopyrite. Gold is probably introduced in the early stage within the ore system and more abundant in the late stage.
